tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20466094003606276952011-09-24T02:56:12.049-07:00Ghassen Hamrouninoreply@blogger.comBlogger11100tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2046609400360627695.post-31771324818599774402008-11-30T03:35:00.000-08:002008-11-30T05:43:03.479-08:00Personally i consider myself as a language agnostic, and for me coding is a form of art, code beauty is independent from the language, things like architectures, design patterns and algorithms are the things that really matters.<br /><br />But today am on a large project that will be written in C# and all .net stuffs, i rediscovered the .net framework and C# 3.0, after reading a couple of book on it (C# in depth and C# 3.0 design patterns) I discovered a very expressive and easy to learn language that has so much syntactic sugar that makes your code really compact but yet easy to read.<br /><br />C# appears very elegant, simple, and always has a solution to recurrent problems<br />the compiler do much of the job it generates code, makes iterators, and understand all the syntactic sugar to produce our application !<br />But the eternal problem remains :<br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Q</span>:Do a sophisticated language like C# prevent us from writing bad software or ugly code ?<br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">A</span>:There is no computer language that prevent us from writing a bad software.<br />And i think it's easier to find poorly designed applications in modern languages because they are easy to learn, they are the place of choice of voodoo coders!<br />That's why am a language agnostic.<div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/2046609400360627695-3177132481859977440?l=simpla.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>Ghassen Hamrouninoreply@blogger.com0
